Rest is the most underappreciated productivity tool
Science shows rest makes you more productive (but that’s not why you should rest).
@JustinPot Google Images lets you reverse image search via URL on desktop but not mobile.
So I have to copy the image URL, turn on desktop mode in my browser, carefully tap the tiny buttons, paste the link, then turn off desktop mode.

@JustinPot it’s not an everyday occurrence, but it’s annoying when it happens.
Usually I see a photo someone posted and want to find out where it actually came from (from Reddit, usually, or sometimes it turns out to have no history and it’s probably AI).

In grad school I couldn’t afford MS Office so I learned LaTeX and tikZ to write and set the narrative, graphs, and citations for my thesis. I’m not sure that counts.

@JustinPot Digitizing my home videos: camcorder to vcr/DVD recorder, DVD into the laptop with a DVD tray but no wifi, ripped by handbrake into files that go on a thumb drive to be put in my laptop that does have wifi, so they can be moved to my NAS running jellyfin.
